I have been living at Jefferson Lumen for more than a year and I am really happy I chose this apartment complex. They are attentive and take care of issues. They communicate when it's needed, and they really try to make it a wonderful place to live. There are monthly or bi-monthly community events so you can meet your neighbors. Also the amenities really are as amazing as the look in the pictures. Great pool, gym, yoga room, and there is a coworking space that residents can use as well. Thank you, staff, for keeping this a nice place to live!
Been here close to a year now and still Jefferson Lumen is By Far the best move I have ever made. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything. I've been living here for 18 months and it's been so comfortable and nice. The staff are amazing, especially the crystal. The facilities are so good and it is a convenient place for residents to live. If anything broke or needed repair, it was so convenient to come as early as the day or the next day.

worst place for noise , guessing lightest drywall material , looks good from outside but noise is ridiculous , made noise complaint upstairs 5* times , n resolution is me to move. Complained about upstairs using drill on floor, called courtesy officer n he stated , “ I’m a freeman u can do whatever you need to” lol wow, Great, agents seems to be nice until you have submit for issueslol my bike almost got stolen b cars break in secured garage , went downhill since Sidney left , only good agent here is Savannah only , always lived in villas , higher place, I would think twice if u need quiet place or get 5th floor
Loved this property it is new and offers top notch amenities! Don’t be distracted by the construction just know you have even more to look forward to! Sidney is an absolute Gem she is patient and transparent and has all the spots that you must visit.
